Heinz Landau

Heinz has more than 30 years of experience in various business leadership roles in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry and in engineering and trading. He moved all the way up from Trainee (Apprentice) to Country Manager. He has successfully worked and delivered results on three continents (Europe, Asia and Africa).

Heinz is a firm believer that people are the key to a company’s success. In his leadership style, he takes a balanced approach leading to outstanding results for all stakeholders and making the people involved feel happy.

Heinz is a frequent public speaker, panelist and university guest lecturer on leadership and management topics. Heinz has been a contributing author of management books and writes a blog on caring leadership. He has a regular guest column in “The Nation” – newspaper in the “Management & Innovation” – and in the “Opinion & Analysis” – section.

Heinz is a founding partner of the John Maxwell Team and a John Maxwell certified coach, trainer and speaker . Heinz is a pro domo consultant and Senior Advisor to the Raks Thai Foundation, an affiliate of CARE International. He is also a Member of the Board of a German consulting firm.

In his free time, Heinz enjoys reading leadership and management books and articles. Heinz loves watching sports, particularly football. He is a lifelong passionate supporter of Borussia Dortmund. He is married and has a son.

Elan has more than 25 years as a successful trainer, mentor, facilitator and coach and highly proficient in topics pertaining to Leadership Development, Communication and People Skills in Presentations, Sales and Customer Service. Elan has also leadership and management experience that spans over 20 years.

To bring about excellence to organizations, Elan focuses on increasing Employee Engagement using Gallup’s StrengthsFinder to implement strength-based coaching to help employees realize their potential. For mentoring and coaching he also uses Insights Discovery Profile (Carl Gustav Jung’s typology) to help individuals gain a deeper self-realization and to gain insights into understanding others.

Elan’s leadership and managerial experience is derived from success in leading and managing the Dale Carnegie franchise in Thailand for 13 years. Following which he was employed by Merck Ltd. Thailand for eight years as a Human Resources Development Advisor.

Elan is married and has six children. He has made Thailand his home since 1982. Elan balances his leisure time between family and personal enrichment on leadership books and articles. He also enjoys watching American Football and has been an avid fan of the New England Patriots since the 1970s.

Marissa is an Organization Development expert who has practiced her field in education, management, research, training, and consultancy in various organizations. She has worked for various institutions such as schools, universities, non-government organizations and groups, microfinance and business.

Marissa has worked as School Principal in various schools for more than 10 years, developing people, processes, systems and upgrading standards in the educational field as leader and manager. She worked as Director of the Applied Research Center and Core Mentor at the Southeast Asia Interdisciplinary Development Institute (SAIDI) Graduate School of Organization Development where she also obtained her PhD in Organization Development. She also taught at the De La Salle University, Manila where she also obtained her Master in Educational Management. She was also the Learning and Development Manager of Far Southeast Gold Resources Inc (Gold Fields Philippines Corporation).She is also a faculty of Masters and Doctoral Programs in Management and Organization Development at the Graduate School of Business, Assumption University Bangkok, Thailand.

Marissa conducts planning workshops geared to lead the organizations to positive change. She specializes in Positive OD. She has attended training under David Cooperrider in the USA and in Asia. She has helped organizations develop their optimum potential through participative positive OD approach. She conducts organizational analysis and planning with stakeholders. She has also contributed to the field of applied research in organization development through her various publications such as books and research journal articles.

Marissa loves travelling and has been to various countries where she uses her experience of various cultures to widen her perspective of personal and organization development through various lenses o f culture, communication and development. Marissa believes in the power of the human potential to attain fulfillment and happiness by navigating the waves of change purposively.

Dr. Sasithara Sethanandha-Moreno

Consultant

Sasithara earned her Ph.D. in the field of Organization Development from Southeast Asia Interdisciplinary Development Institute (SAIDI), Philippines. She also has a Master of Management in Organizational Development from Assumption University, (ABAC), Thailand and a Bachelor of Communication in Communication Management from Assumption College, San Lorenzo Village, Philippines. Dr. Sasithara-Sethanandha-Moreno

Consultant

Sasithara earned her Ph.D. in the field of Organization Development from Southeast Asia Interdisciplinary Development Institute (SAIDI), Philippines. She also has a Master of Management in Organizational Development from Assumption University, (ABAC), Thailand and a Bachelor of Communication in Communication Management from Assumption College, San Lorenzo Village, Philippines.

Sasithara is from Bangkok, Thailand, but lives in the Philippines. She is an Organizational Development and Human Resources Specialist at Aliaga Rice Corporation.

Sasithara had worked in different fields including HR & OD, Sales, Marketing, Education, Scholarship, and Non Profit Organizations. She is a Cognate Mentor at SAIDI, a member of the Association for Appreciative Inquiry (AAI), also a member of the Philippine Society for Training and Development Association (PSTD).

Sasithara has a great expertise on Family Business. She has great interests in Positive Psychology, Neuroscience, Whole Brain Learning, Leadership and Management, Change and Transformation. She loves cooking, eating, reading, and travelling. She is married to Gilbert Moreno with two children.
